Karl Radke: Karl is the President of both Prevail Marketing and CyberLynk Business Internet Solutions. He has worked in a marketing and sales capacity for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies during the past 15 years. He has had articles published in PC Magazine, EETimes, Cadence/Cadalyst and many regional and local publications. He also has been the guest speaker on numerous radio talk shows and has been successful in developing co-marketing programs with Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Harris semiconductor, and many more. Karl holds a B.A. in Management and Communications and a degree in Computer Technology. Unlike a lot of speakers, Karl actually utilizes the marketing techniques reviewed in this seminar on a daily basis to drive Prevail Marketing’s and CyberLynks sales and profits. 

Michael Stelter: Michael is an owner Action International, and local business coaching company. Michael spent 15 years climbing the ladder in corporate America. In 1990, he made the choice to follow his heart and use the knowledge gained to help small business owners with the tools and skills needed to be successful in their businesses.

Michael holds a BS degree in psychology and has a strong desire to succeed by teaching others. His business provides strategic planning, advertising / marketing and development of sales teams.  

Nancy Pierce: Nancy is the Principal of Thistlerose LLC, a Strategic Management and Communications Consultant company. She brings over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, working with business from solo size firms to Fortune 500. Thistlerose LLC supports customers in the areas of Organizational Design, Strategic Planning, Training, Marketing, and Communication. Nancy believes that working with an integrated vision of who and what your business is creates an environment for timely success.

Nancy holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication and a Non-profit Strategic Management certification from UW. Milwaukee. She has been a speaker at Regional and National conferences on topics from Time Management to Risk Management as well as Marketing and Communications. She writes for various publications and groups on a variety of topics and is also often a guest speaker in the community. She is a highly visionary and creative person.

Ram Bhatia: Ram is president and founder of BENCO-US, LLC, a firm specializing in building stronger and more profitable companies by developing its people. Ram has proven that companies can drive their revenue, increase market share, and contain costs by investing in their people and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

 Ram holds two Masters Degrees in engineering, an MBA, and has over twenty years of industry experience. Ram is considered an “Expert” in his field and works closely with senior management and team members to bring in a “Passion for Excellence and Winning,” which in turn increases the stake holders’ value.

Tom Hall: Tom is the owner of the law firm “Thomas J. Hall, Attorney At Law, SC.  Tom has over 17 years experience in sophisticated business transactions. He served 11 years as house counsel to one of Wisconsin's largest corporations, and spent 2.5 years with Wisconsin's largest law firm. Tom’s area of focus is technology and general business transactions. He has extensive knowledge in patent and technology licenses, custom software development agreements, ERP agreements, joint development agreements, research agreements and outsourcing.

Tom holds a B.A. from Cornell College and a Law Degree form the University of Wisconsin Law School. He believes the only true measure of the success of a law firm is the success of its clients.  With that in mind, he takes the time to learn a clients business, their goals and their challenges. Tom believes that all lawyers solve problems, and better lawyers work to anticipate and avoid problems before they arise.
